The individual represents
system users.
A personal file is created
for each individual registered with Tactic! LMS. That’s
where we find most information concerning the different individuals.
An individual is characterized
by his personal information such as his name, first name, function, etc.
We can select a preferred
language for an individual among those available.
We can assign an individual
to a particular section; in this case, his vision of the system will be limited
to that section alone. An individual can also be assigned to every sections;
in this case, his vision of the system will be global (every sections).
We can give an inactive
status to an individual without erasing him from the system.
We can assign a picture
to an individual.
We can assign skills
to an individual among those first registered in the skills management heading.
We can assign one or
many roles to an individual (by default, every individual have the role of
a ‘Learner’). The roles add up and access to the different headings
adapt consequently. An individual does not need to close his session and return
to it to complete the tasks related to his different roles.
We can register an individual’s
coordinates (e.g. address, phone number, email, etc.) to communicate with
him by automatic email for instance through electronic messaging integrated
within Tactic! LMS.
Any individual must
have a user name and a password. The user name must be unique within the system.
This information enables an individual’s identification and validation
when he’s connected to the system.
An individual write
down personal notes in his file.
We can assign a seal
number for each achieved certification course or program (with an achievement
line).
The Individual management
function will be accessible only by an individual who has the role of the
administrator or training manager. An administrator or a training manager
assigned to a particular section can not create or access an individual’s
file from one who’s not part of the same section.
