Catalogue management

The course catalogue serves to present Tactic! LMS users the way the courses are organized to facilitate consultation and certain processes such as registration. Course registration can be made directly off the catalogue and the section’s account will be automatically debited. The Tactic! LMS catalogue can also be available outside the management system in order to enable online purchases. The payment can then be made through 128 bits encrypted emails or directly from a system linked to a financial institution.

Functional specifications

• The catalogue can be centralized for the whole system or customized for each organizations and sections.
• The catalogue is adapted based on the course diffusion section. This means certain courses can be visible in certain sections, whereas others are visible in every organizations and sections.
• The catalogue is made up of headings and uses a tree structure.
• The structure is limited to a maximum seven levels.
• Heading titles and descriptions are multilingual.
• An icon can be assigned to each heading.
• The addition of a multilingual course in the catalogue is made in a unique way. Even if a course is available in many languages, we add it in one step only. It’s the interface’s language selected at the opening of a session that will determine the catalogue’s language.
